Founded in 1999, WellSpring Pharmaceutical Corporation is a privately held company which manufactures and markets a portfolio of well-recognized OTC brands that are widely distributed throughout the U.S. and Canada. Its prescription drug portfolio consists of brands that are recognized as highly effective therapies for certain niche patient populations. In addition, WellSpring is a contract manufacturing organization serving well-known U.S. pharmaceutical companies. Its wholly owned subsidiary operates an FDA and Health Canada inspected manufacturing plant in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
