JM Search is pleased to welcome Peter Flint. He joins JM Search as a Partner and one of the leaders of the firm’s Technology practice. Peter’s diverse background as a venture investor, board member, recruiter, and operating executive gives him a unique perspective on executive search.
Peter comes to JM Search from Polaris Partners, where he spent 11 years as a General Partner, leading investments in SaaS, Ad Tech, Analytics, and Internet companies. Peter also led Polaris’ executive recruiting team, where he worked across the firm’s portfolio to advise CEOs on executive hires and talent development. Peter is now a Venture Partner with Polaris and serves on the Boards of BlackArrow, JIBE, Adcade, Localytics, and Quantcast.
Peter focuses on leading search assignments for CEOs and CXOs of SaaS and Consumer Internet companies. Additionally, Peter is heavily involved in the expansion of the firm’s offices in San Francisco, New York, and Boston.
