In 2025, the Healthcare and Life Sciences team added four Partners and Principals to the team. In 2026 so far, the momentum continues with the addition of three key senior leadership hires: Ellen Travers, Wes Yampolsky and Suzanne Watson. Ellen Travers, Partner, brings over 26 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition within the life sciences sector. She specializes in recruiting C-suite executives and board members for biotech and pharmaceutical companies undergoing significant growth and transformation. Prior to joining JM Search, Travers was a partner at Chartwell Partners in their life sciences practice.
Wes Yampolsky, Principal, joins JM Search with more than 15 years of experience spanning healthcare delivery and executive recruitment. She has led executive search engagements for leading academic health systems, NCI-designated cancer centers, medical schools, children’s hospitals, and integrated delivery networks nationwide.
Suzanne Watson, Principal, joins JM Search from Chartwell Partners, bringing specialization in recruiting senior executives and functional leaders across healthcare and life sciences, with a particular focus on biopharma. She has partnered on biopharma mandates for venture-backed, private equity-backed, and publicly traded companies spanning preclinical, clinical, and commercial stages of growth.
These additions further enhance JM Search’s ability to recruit transformational leaders to support urgent client needs across high-growth sectors.
