August 10, 2026 (King of Prussia, PA) – JM Search, a premier retained executive search firm serving private equity and other growth-oriented private and public organizations, today announced the appointment of Kristi LeBlanc as Partner and Practice Leader in the firm’s Consumer Practice. LeBlanc brings nearly 30 years of executive search experience focused on the consumer sector. She has completed hundreds of CEO and C-suite searches for Fortune 500 companies, global consumer brands, and founder-led businesses.
LeBlanc’s work spans consumer products, consumer services, retail, multi-unit businesses, and more. In addition to recruiting senior executives, LeBlanc advises CEOs, boards, founders, and investors on succession planning, board composition, leadership assessment, and organizational design.

Before joining JM Search, LeBlanc spent 18 years as Managing Partner of DHR Global’s Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Practice. Prior to that, she spent nine years as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry.
