Jane brings eight years of experience in executive recruitment, specializing in biotechnology and the broader life sciences sector.
Jane combines life sciences executive search expertise with firsthand experience in finance, strategy, and global brand marketing. That background informs her approach to evaluating leaders in the context of a company’s broader business priorities and building teams that can work together through key stages of growth.

Before joining JM Search, Jane was a Principal at Catalyst Advisors, a retained executive search firm focused on human therapeutics, where she led executive and board searches for life sciences companies and venture firms. Previously, she was an Associate at Occam Global, recruiting C-suite executives and board members for entrepreneurial life sciences companies. Earlier in her career, she held roles in global brand marketing, finance, and strategy at Mattel, and began her career in consulting at FTI Consulting. She is based in Los Angeles.
