Rebecca Caesar

Rebecca Caesar is a Vice President in the Industrial Technology practice at JM Search.  Rebecca is a growth expert, strategic influencer, and relationship manager who thrives on creating something from nothing.  With years in sales and new business development, she has established and cultivated strong relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers and gained deep experience managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships to drive sustainable business growth. The firm’s Industrial Technology practice focuses on highly technical segments such as robotics, mobility, motion control, optics, machine vision, sensor, and scanning components with hardware and software elements. Having sold into the semiconductor community in her former career, Rebecca has a broad network within the semiconductor ecosystem and leads the segment within the practice. Rebecca is also one of the first members of the firm’s Go-to-Market Center of Excellence, where she has leveraged her prior sales career to liaise cross-practice and deepen JM’s talent pool of commercial executives.

Prior to joining JM Search, Rebecca spent nearly six years with IBM, including five years in the Bay Area and a year in Philadelphia. She served as a Client Executive and Relationship Manager and managed a multi-million-dollar book of business across multiple enterprise accounts within the Industrial Market. Earlier in her career, Rebecca served as a sales associate for Morningside Translations in New York City, a legal translations and interpretations company, where she successfully helped break into new legal markets.

She earned a B.A in History, with a specialization in American Civil War history, and a minor in Spanish Language from the University of Rochester (NY).  She earned her MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In her free time, Rebecca loves spending time with her husband and kids. While she loved living in the Bay Area, she is happy to be back on the east coast and closer to family!
