Timothy Cook

Tim Cook is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Distribution and Services Practice. He specializes in the recruitment of private-equity-backed executives across various industries and functions, with primary expertise in industrial and consumer services. Tim has an enduring passion for client service and for connecting top talent with exceptional organizations.

Prior to joining JM Search, Tim served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Northwell Direct, a direct-to-employer healthcare startup specializing in provider network services. In this role, he oversaw all financial processes while simultaneously developing and leading a consulting and advisory practice. Tim began his career at Deloitte as an actuarial consultant and later transitioned to management consulting, where he honed his expertise in client service and project management.

Tim earned a B.S. in Finance from Central Connecticut State University. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and enjoys all sports, particularly motorsports. He also enjoys attending concerts, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
