Dan Figueroa

Dan Figueroa is a Partner at JM Search and leader of the firm’s Legal Practice. He is responsible for building and executing senior-level searches across the legal ecosystem, partnering with boards, investors, and CEOs to identify and secure transformative leadership. Since 2007, Dan has focused exclusively on executive search within legal and adjacent sectors, recruiting C-suite and other mission-critical leaders for complex, high-growth organizations. Clients rely on his ability to assess talent in depth, align leadership capability with business strategy, and close executives who materially impact enterprise value.

Dan began his career in legal recruiting immediately after college and has spent nearly two decades advising organizations on leadership at the highest levels.

Dan earned his B.A. in Communications from Curry College. He was born in Santiago, Chile and lived in six countries by the time he was 15 years old. He now resides in Yardley, PA with his wife and five children. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
