Jeremy Monteverde

Jeremy is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Distribution and Services Practice. Jeremy specializes in working with private equity firms and their operating platforms to find top-tier talent to support corporate initiatives while emphasizing cultural alignment between the candidate and client.

Prior to joining JM Search, Jeremy spent more than 10 years in executive search where he partnered with owners, operators and investors within the real estate and multi-channel retail spaces. As a Director, he was responsible for client development and execution of searches across multiple disciplines including operations, finance, capital markets, HR, and more.

Jeremy attended the University of Pittsburgh for his undergraduate and MBA programs. He currently lives in the greater Pittsburgh Area with his wife, three sons and dog. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, watching sports, attending concerts and working on his golf game.
