Suzanne Watson

Suzanne Watson is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She specializes in recruiting senior executives and functional leaders across healthcare and life sciences, with a particular focus on biopharma. Suzanne partners with investors, boards, and leadership teams to identify talent that drives growth, scale, and long-term value creation.

Before joining JM Search, Suzanne held executive search roles with Acertitude and Chartwell Partners, supporting searches across healthcare, life sciences, and technology companies. During her search career, she has partnered on biopharma mandates for venture-backed, private equity-backed, and publicly traded companies spanning preclinical, clinical, and commercial stages of growth. Her experience includes recruiting CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives, as well as leaders across clinical development, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, R&D, operations, commercial, and corporate functions.

Suzanne is known for her thoughtful, high-touch approach to search execution and her ability to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike. She is passionate about giving back through hands-on volunteering with Family Promise, Lighthouse Family Retreat Ministries, and other nonprofit organizations. Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her horses, running, early morning workouts, travel, and time with family and friends.
