Principal
Tenley Bank is a Principal at JM Search, specializing in the nonprofit and education sectors. She also served as Knowledge Manager for Korn Ferry’s Global Higher Education Practice, providing strategic, research-based guidance and market intelligence. Her client experience includes academic, independent, and municipal museums, research centers, botanical gardens and arboreta, foundations, and other cultural spaces.
She received her BA in English from James Madison University and her MPhil in Literature from Drew University, where she completed course work and exams toward a PhD. A Philadelphian since 1996, she is a member of the Forum of Executive Women and serves on the Board of Attic Youth Center, a Philadelphia nonprofit with a mission to create opportunities for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning (LGBTQ) youth to develop into healthy, independent, civic-minded adults within a safe and supportive community. She writes poetry and short fiction as time allows.
