Allen Brady, Partner, joined JM Search to lead the Firm’s Community Banking Practice. Allen brings more than 25 years of executive search experience to his role, including successfully completing more than 300 senior-level searches for mid-sized banking and private equity clients.
Hope Morrissey, Partner, joined JM Search to support the rapidly growing financial services and fintech sectors. Hope brings more than 30 years of operating experience in the institutional and retail wealth management industries to her role, specializing in investment data & analytics, asset management, investment consulting, brokerage, family offices, and wealth management.
Kevin Parker, Partner, joined JM Search to serve as a highly specialized recruiting expert for banking and payments businesses. Kevin brings more than 25 years of executive search experience to his role with a deep specialization in partnering with retail, consumer banking, and payments clients. Kevin also brings a wealth of IT executive expertise to the Firm, having a strong background of placing information technology officers across global enterprise clients.
