Alina Lee

Alina Lee is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Digital Media, Marketing, Technology & Telecommunications Practice. She brings over 17 years of executive search experience, helping clients define and attract the innovative leadership needed to steer their businesses into the future. Her dedication to maintaining relationships with key industry players and her commitment to diversity and delivering top executives with the best mix of skills and ‘cultural add’ have established her as a trusted partner to her candidates and clients.

Prior to JM Search, Alina spent five years as a leader in the Executive Search Practice at MediaLink, where she placed transformative leaders with clients at Fortune 100, start-up, and high-growth companies across media, marketing, advertising, and technology, entertainment, and finance. Before MediaLink, Alina spent 12 years with boutique media-focused executive search firm BishopPartners. She managed the research team and led searches for senior executives in broadcast TV, cable, publishing, digital, and mobile.

Alina earned a B.M. degree from DePauw University and a Masters’s in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey. Alina is a classically trained soprano and was fortunate to sing under the batons of Leonard Bernstein, and Riccardo Muti, among others. She is a former member of the Executive Board of the NY Chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). She has been recognized for her role in co-founding and running the highly selective PRIME|access Executive Mentoring Program. She considers Central Park her front yard and enjoys cooking, biking, and globe-trotting with her family.
