Allen Brady

Allen Brady is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Financial Services and Technology Practices, adding more than 20 years of executive search experience to the Firm. He also serves as the Head of the Firm’s Community Banking Practice. Having personally completed over 300 senior-level searches, his success rate is clear, enabling him to become a thought leader in search execution and develop a keen eye for top talent across the C-suite. His 20+ years of experience have focused on senior-level recruitment across several industries and functional disciplines, serving as a strategic advisor to CEOs, CHROs, and functional and executive leaders who have come to rely on his expertise.

In recent years, Allen has recruited a wide variety of executives, from board members to the full span of C-suite professionals. Today, he concentrates on regional banks, credit unions, and FinTechs that are mission-driven and focused on “people helping people,” as well as large national financial institutions. While he primarily engages P&L leaders, including Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operations Officers, Chief Banking Officers, Presidents, Market Leaders, CFOs, CIO/CTO, CISOs, and their direct reports. He also has a strong history working in HR, operations, Sales and Marketing, and Communications leadership roles.

Allen’s prior career experience includes a tenure as a Managing Director with ZRG Partners and Client Partner for Korn Ferry International. He has also served as a search professional and transformational leader for brands, including Microsoft and Bombardier. Before transitioning into executive search consultancy, he served as a senior leader in Sales and Operations for a Fortune 500 corporation.

In addition to hiking, snow skiing, and traveling, Allen is an avid racquetball player.
