Andrew Siravo

Andy Siravo is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Financial Officers Practice. He has been with the firm since 2015 and specializes in recruiting transformational finance leaders for both private-equity-backed and publicly traded companies nationwide. While he has recruited across all functional areas during his tenure at JM Search, Andy primarily focuses on senior finance leadership roles. He has executed numerous successful search engagements across a diverse set of industries, including specialty distribution, industrial manufacturing, building products, industrial services and construction, packaging, consumer products, and consumer services.

Andy began his executive recruiting career in 2013 with a Philadelphia-based search firm focused exclusively on placing senior finance and accounting professionals across an industry-agnostic client base. Prior to executive search, he served as an operations leader for a privately owned construction services business supporting heavy industrial clients throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and the broader Mid-Atlantic region. This operating experience gives Andy firsthand insight into the day-to-day challenges his clients face.

Andy earned a B.A. in History with a minor in Psychology from the University of Delaware. He currently serves on the Board of the Conestoga Youth Lacrosse Association. In his spare time, Andy enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time with family, playing golf, and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams. He resides in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, with his wife and their two children.
