Cable Neidhart

Cable Neidhart is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Financial and Technology Practice. He specializes in the recruitment of C-level executives across a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology, business services, and banking. Cable has more than 20 years of executive recruiting experience and has successfully completed hundreds of searches for key leadership roles in finance, human resources, supply chain, marketing, and general management. He is passionate about the candidate experience, and believes a “high touch” approach is critical to the successful conclusion of a project, as well as the long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

Prior to JM Search, Cable was a Managing Director of Neidhart Consulting Group/TNS Partners, Inc., a retained executive search firm. He supported clients ranging from Fortune 1000 organizations, privately held companies, and private equity backed portfolio companies. He has experience working across a multitude of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, technology services, supply chain, and nonprofit. He also was part of the Human Resources team who successfully “spun” Xerox Business Services out of Xerox into a publicly traded company in January 2017 (Conduent, Inc. – NASDAQ: CNDT).

Cable lives in Plano, Texas with his wife (who is also a Recruiter!) and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys family vacations, cooking, golf, and time in the gym. Additionally, Cable is a Board Member of Chef to the Shelters, a nonprofit providing meals, hope, and encouragement to those in need.
