Chris Grimmig

Chris Grimmig is a Partner at JM Search, member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice and leader of the HCIT & Digital Health Team. He joined the firm in 2015 and has specialized in recruiting senior leaders for private equity-backed digital health, HCIT and vertical SaaS companies. He possesses over 16 years of retained executive search experience and is proven in conducting C-level searches across multiple functions, including: CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, CTO, and commercial leadership roles.

Chris joined JM Search after a successful tenure at Gravitas Executive & Board Search, a boutique executive search firm that he helped to found in 2008. He initially led operations, business development and marketing. As the firm grew, he built the firm’s research function and transitioned into full-cycle recruitment where he led and supported senior retained searches across a variety of industries and functions.

Chris earned a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Villanova University. He is married and resides in Berwyn, PA with his wife, their two daughters and their dog. In addition to spending free time with his family, Chris enjoys golf, cooking, woodworking, and adding to his substantial putter collection.
