Christy Mihos

Christy is a Partner at JM Search and a leader for the firm’s Technology Financial Officer Center of Excellence. In this role, Christy specializes in recruiting strategic financial executives for high-growth, private and growth equity-backed technology companies.

Before joining JM Search, Christy held senior roles with True Search and Howard Fischer Associates, where he focused on financial leadership searches for technology businesses backed by leading investment firms. Throughout his career, Christy has partnered with top investors including Five Elms Capital, Bain Capital, Insight Partners, Blue Star Innovation and many others to help build out the financial leadership teams of their portfolio companies. His deep understanding of the technology ecosystem and financial leadership landscape enables him to deliver exceptional results for clients navigating rapid growth and transformation.

Christy earned his bachelor’s degree from Colby College and resides in Boston. Outside of work, he enjoys boxing, marathons and traveling with his wife, two daughters and two dogs.
