Cynthia Graser

Cynthia Graser is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She brings more than 25 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, and operational human resources. Cynthia specializes in recruiting  Chief Legal Officers and Chief Human Resources Officers searches for high-growth, private equity and ventured-backed companies. She has worked extensively across the healthcare sector and other highly regulated industries to identify and place top-tier leadership talent.

Prior to joining JM Search, Cynthia was a Partner at True Search in their People, Talent & Legal practice. Earlier in her career, she spent 11 years at Heidrick & Struggles, where she was a senior member of their Corporate Officers Practice and also served as Director, Human Resources, acting as HR Business Partner to several of the firm’s largest and most complex practice groups. Cynthia began her search career with Major, Lindsey & Africa in their General Counsel Practice, and at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she supported both the Healthcare sector and the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer Practice. ​

Cynthia earned a B.A. from Texas A&M University. She lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband and two chocolate labs. She enjoys traveling to visit her daughter, a Navy pilot based in San Diego, and her son, who works in the hospitality industry in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
