Cynthia Graser

Cynthia Graser is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s  Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She brings over 25 years of executive search, talent acquisition and operational human resources experience. Her expertise is in conducting Chief Legal Officer,Chief Human Resource Officer and Chief Compliance Officer searches for high-growth, PE & venture-backed, and publicly traded companies.  She has worked across the healthcare sector, and other highly regulated businesses, to bring forward the best talent to her clients. 

Prior to joining JM Search, Cynthia was a Partner at True Search in their People, Talent & Legal practice. Earlier, she spent 11 years at Heidrick & Struggles where she was a senior member of their Corporate Officers Practice. During her time at Heidrick, Cynthia also served as Director, Human Resources where she was an HRBP to some of Heidrick’s largest and most complex practice groups. Before that, Cynthia spent time at Major, Lindsey & Africa in their General Counsel Practice, and at Russell Reynolds Associates where she divided her time between the Healthcare sector and Chief Legal & Compliance Officer practice group. 

Cynthia graduated with a B.A. from Texas A&M University. She lives in Dallas, TX with her husband and two chocolate labs. She spends her free time traveling to visit her daughter who is a Navy Pilot in San Diego and her son who is in the hospitality industry in Santa Rose Beach, Florida.
