Diane Murray

Diane Murray is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She has over a decade of recruiting experience and specializes in recruiting senior leaders in the digital health space, primarily for private equity and venture capital portfolio companies.

Prior to JM Search, Diane started her career at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, a national staffing agency, where she worked in their Technology division. From there, she joined Aramark, a global Fortune 500 public company, as a Director in their Talent Acquisition department. During her time with Aramark, she successfully managed hiring initiatives over each line of business while overseeing and leading a large recruiting team. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Diane maintained ownership of the sourcing, recruiting and placement of all senior field executive level searches.

Diane earned her B.A. in Communication from The University of Tennessee. She is married and lives in Bryn Mawr, PA with her husband and two young children. As a family, they enjoy spending summers at the beach in Avalon, NJ. In her spare time, Diane enjoys exercising and playing tennis.
