Doug Davies

Doug Davies is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Financial Officers Practice. He partners with private equity firm’s, their portfolio companies, and other businesses throughout the US. Doug serves as an advisor to our clients, helping them through talent acquisition for their executive teams.

Prior to JM Search, Doug spent twenty years in institutional sales and trading. He worked in leveraged finance selling investment-grade, high-yield, and distressed corporate bonds and loans to large institutional investors. Doug spent his career with Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank before joining JM.

Doug earned a B.A. in History from The University of Virginia, and while at Virginia, he was captain of the 1999 National Championship lacrosse team. He currently resides in Summit, New Jersey with his wife and three children. In addition to transporting his children to sporting events, Doug enjoys golf and weekends in Bay Head with his family.
