Gautam Vyas

Gautam Vyas is a Partner at JM Search and a member of Firm’s Professional Services Practice. He brings more than 25 years of management consulting, professional services, business, and operational leadership experience, across financial services, banking, payments, capital markets, and technology industries.  Gautam specializes in placing go-to-market, operational, and highly specialized technology delivery roles. Roles include practice leaders, partners and managing directors, chief AI officers, vp and svp levels of enterprise architects, and other highly specialized delivery roles. Gautam works closely with both private equity/venture capital-backed portfolio companies and public enterprise companies.

Prior to joining JM Search, Gautam served as President of Professional Services at FIS, a leading provider of technology solutions and services for merchants, banks, and capital market firms globally. Gautam built and grew the global software and professional services business serving 2K+ clients and leading 4.5K employees across 27 countries and served on the Board of Reliance Trust Company. Before joining FIS, Gautam was SVP of Enterprise Alliances at Equifax, the global data, analytics and technology company and one of the largest credit bureaus. Prior to Equifax, Gautam was a Practice Leader at EY, one of the Big Four professional services firm.

Gautam received his MBA from Kansas State University, and his M.S. and B.S. in Electronics from S.P. University. Outside of the office, Gautam enjoys hiking, exploring picturesque locales globally, spending time with family and friends, and is a practicing yoga teacher. Gautam speaks frequently at industry conferences on topics of leadership, innovation, emerging trends and thought leadership.
