Gerard Dash

Gerard Dash is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Technology Practice, where he specializes in placing CTOs, CPOs, and senior technology, product, data, and AI leaders. He advises investors, boards, and executive teams on building the leadership teams that drive AI adoption and digital transformation. With more than 12 years of executive search experience, Gerard has partnered with high-growth private equity- and venture-backed companies, as well as public companies, to hire leaders who accelerate growth and create long-term value.

Before joining JM Search, Gerard was a Principal at True Search, where he led the Atlanta office and served in the Product, Data & Technology and FinTech & Financial Services Practices. Earlier, he held roles at Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds Associates.​

Gerard earned his B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College, where he served as Student Body President. Based in Atlanta, he serves on the boards of the Empty Stocking Fund and the DD&J Junior Tennis Foundation. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, travel, movies, and time with friends and family.​
