Hope Morrissey

Hope Morrissey is a Partner at JM Search, where she recruits C-Level executives across a range of industries including financial services and technology. Hope brings over 30 years of financial services operating expertise to the firm. She assesses talent and organizational needs for her clients by intuitively drawing upon her experiences as a senior-level executive within the sector.

Prior to joining JM Search, Hope ran a boutique consulting firm where she advised small to midsize fintech firms on their sales, talent management and go-to-market strategies. For two decades prior to starting her own firm, Hope was Global Chief Revenue Officer at InvestorForce (acquired by MSCI – NYSE: MSCI), a technology company specializing in data aggregation, performance measurement and investment reporting software for the institutional investment community globally.

Hope is an accomplished senior fintech executive with experience building culture, creating and engaging high performance teams, developing go-to-market product strategies, creating strategic distribution/partnerships, negotiating complex sales contracts and fostering deep, long-standing client engagements. Having worked in both publicly traded and private equity backed organizations, Hope has “walked in the shoes” of her clients which enables her to identify and recruit the right talent that will succeed in different organizations.

Hope has also served in board capacities at several private equity backed fintech companies and is an active member of numerous financial services industry groups. Hope lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband and has two children. She is an avid yogi, fitness fanatic and loves spending time being active outdoors with her family.
