Jerry K. Fong

Jerry Fong is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice. Jerry leads C-level searches for enterprise SaaS and tech-enabled services companies. With a unique combination of management consulting and executive search experience, Jerry has been partnering with clients for 20 years to build exceptional management teams that deliver game-changing results by completing over 150 searches for private equity, select Fortune 1000s, and other growth-oriented organizations.​

Prior to joining JM Search in 2016, Jerry led senior level searches for a boutique search firm in Beverly Hills, where his clients included private equity firms such as the Audax Group, New Mountain Capital, Lincolnshire Management, ICV Partners, and Trive Capital. Earlier in his career, Jerry led IT and business process transformation initiatives as a member of the Management Consulting and Integrated Markets (MCIM) practice at Accenture – one of the world’s leading management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing companies.​

Jerry earned his Bachelors in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma. He lives in Ventura County, California with his wife and three young children. Outside of work, Jerry enjoys the throes of fatherhood, serving the community, coaching, hiking, international travel, and following combat sports.
