Jesse Annunziata

Jesse Annunziata is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s IT Executives and Technology Practice. Jesse has dedicated his career to cybersecurity recruitment, with over 17 years in executive search. He is renowned for delivering top-tier candidates and bespoke solutions supporting his clients’ growth initiatives and leadership needs. As a trailblazer and one of the first movers in cybersecurity recruitment, Jesse has had a measurable impact across the industry and its professionals. He has made over 300 successful placements, encompassing CISOs, Information Security Executives; and highly technical teams across critical cyber domains. He has been a unique resource to technology executives and cybersecurity leaders in solving their challenges around protecting their businesses.

Prior to joining JM Search, Jesse served as a Senior Client Partner and Head of the Cybersecurity Practice at Morgan Samuels Company. Before that, he was an inaugural member of the Cybersecurity Practice at Artico Search, a spin-out of Caldwell Partners where he joined as the firm’s first external hire and served as a Partner. Jesse began his executive search career at LJ Kushner & Associates, one of the industry’s premier boutique search firms dedicated exclusively to the information security sector.

Jesse graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Sociology and Psychology. He resides near the Jersey Shore in Monmouth County, NJ and enjoys spending time on the water and fishing. He also enjoys being with his family, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and is an avid DIY’er. Being a stones-throw away from NYC, he enjoys NYC skyline views as he runs the local scenic trails and is a CrossFit-style workout enthusiast.
