Jocelyn Scott

Jocelyn Scott is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. She brings over 20 years of search experience specializing in managed care as well as the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Jocelyn’s subject matter expertise in pharma/biotech spans across clinical drug development from phase one through approval, and all aspects of go-to-market and commercialization for pharmaceuticals and biologics.

Prior to JM Search, Jocelyn was a Director of Client Solutions leading all retained executive search work for Mix Talent, a startup boutique life sciences recruitment and consulting firm. In this role, Jocelyn led and executed on a variety of searches, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, VP/SVP of Clinical Development, VP Medical Affairs, SVP of Sales and Marketing, and many others for startup, emerging, and mid-cap pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Before Mix Talent, Jocelyn was with PrincetonOne for 8 years, as both a retained Executive Search Consultant and Practice Leader, placing VP and SVP-level healthcare and life sciences executives with a concentration on managed care and pharma/biotech. From 2001 – 2008 Jocelyn worked with her father to build and run TalenTactics, a firm dedicated to time compressed sales force builds with pharmaceutical companies preparing for launch. Her early career was spent with Kenexa and Management Recruiters International.

Residing in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Jocelyn is married with two children and a son-in-law. Outside of work she is an avid reader, enjoys travel and gourmet dining, and volunteers for her local school district and community sports organizations.
