Jocelyn Scott

Jocelyn Scott is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. She brings over 25 years of search experience, ranging from medical technology to pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, digital health, and payer and provider services. Jocelyn’s depth of search experience and industry expertise enable her to deliver of exceptional results at the C-suite level across all sectors.

Prior to joining JM Search, Jocelyn was Director of Client Solutions for Mix Talent, a boutique life sciences recruitment and consulting firm. In this role, Jocelyn led retained executive search and executed a variety of C-suite searches for startup, emerging, and mid-cap pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology companies. Prior to Mix Talent, Jocelyn was with PrincetonOne, where she placed VP and SVP-level healthcare and life sciences executives. She also helped to build and run TalenTactics, a boutique search firm dedicated to time compressed commercial team builds for pharmaceutical companies. Jocelyn spent her early career with Kenexa and MRI.

Jocelyn is married with two children and lives in King of Prussia, PA. Outside of work she is an avid Philadelphia Sports fan and enjoys traveling, gourmet dining, and volunteering for her local school district and community sports organizations.
