Kevin Campbell

Kevin Campbell is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in C-suite and VP-level searches across a range of functions. Kevin partners with early-stage, middle-market, and high-growth private equity firms and their portfolio companies to build high-performing leadership teams across healthcare services, healthcare technology, and medical device sectors. He has successfully led executive search engagements for organizations of varying sizes and stages of growth.

Before joining JM Search, Kevin held operational leadership roles with IVX Health and BAYADA Home Healthcare, where he gained deep experience expanding new markets and managing multi-state operations.

Kevin earned his B.A. from Rutgers University and resides in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and staying active.
