Kevin Kuzmick

Kevin Kuzmick is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice, as well as leader of the Healthcare Services Team. He joined JM Search in 2017, following a nearly 15-year career in healthcare services. His depth of experience as an operator provides firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face across the care continuum, which he leverages to help clients build exceptional teams.

Prior to joining JM Search, Kevin was a Division Director at BAYADA Home Health Care, where he led a large patient census program delivering care to individuals across the Philadelphia region while also spearheading the strategic growth of the division. Earlier in his career, Kevin held recruiting and sales roles at hospice care and healthcare staffing companies. Throughout his healthcare services career, he has consistently built, developed, and led high-performing teams, recruiting and developing future leaders at all levels.

Kevin earned a degree in Business Management from Temple University. He lives in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two children
