Kevin Logterman

Kevin is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Financial Officers Practice. Kevin brings over 20 years of executive search experience, serving private equity and family-owned companies. Key areas of focus include industrial manufacturing & technology, consumer products and industrial services. He has authored numerous articles on the dynamics of identifying and attracting talent in the middle market.

Prior to JM Search, Kevin spent twelve years with two Chicago-based boutique firms, where he was co-leader of the Industrial and Private Equity Practices. Kevin started his search career in 1998 following earlier roles in manufacturing and banking.

Kevin earned a B.S. degree from The University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He and his wife reside in Wisconsin, have two adult children and a granddaughter who is keeping them young and active. Kevin enjoys free time on the golf course and good food and wine with family and friends.
