Kevin Logterman

Kevin Logterman is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Financial Officers Practice. He is a leading search consultant to middle-market industrial manufacturers, distributors, and service companies, working closely with family-owned and private equity-backed businesses to recruit senior leadership talent. Since joining JM Search in 2000, Kevin has focused primarily on finance and accounting leadership roles.

Kevin brings more than 25 years of executive search experience, helping Midwest-based companies attract executive-level talent. Having spent his entire search career with boutique firms, he believes in a hands-on, partnership-driven approach to the search process. He has authored numerous articles on the dynamics of identifying and attracting leadership talent in the middle market and leverages his extensive assessment experience to identify candidates who align with both the requirements of the role and the culture of the organization.

A lifelong Wisconsin native, Kevin resides in Madison with his wife and enjoys spending time with his family, including his four grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys biking, golf, and hiking.
