Kevin Logterman

Kevin Logterman is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Financial Officer Practice. He focuses on recruiting senior executives for family and private equity-backed companies in manufacturing, distribution, consumer goods and business services. A Partner at JM Search since 2020, Kevin has more than 25 years of experiencing assessing executive talent and working with companies on their talent strategies.

Kevin has authored numerous articles on the dynamics of identifying and attracting talent in the middle market and leverages years of assessing talent to identify and attract candidates that fit the requirements of the role and culture of the organization.

Following graduation from The University of Wisconsin – Platteville, Kevin worked in manufacturing and banking. He and his wife live in Madison, Wisconsin. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys golf, biking and spending quality time with his two kids and three grandchildren.
