Kitty Morrisey

Kitty Morrissey is a Vice President for the Firm’s Industrial Technology Practice. She began her career in Private Equity as an Associate with The Riverside Company, a mid-market firm based in New York. There, she was a member of the Fundraising and Investor Relations team and helped raise capital for the Firm’s 8 fund families.

Kitty transitioned to search in 2019 and has gained broad experience recruiting for private, public, and private equity-backed companies. Previously, Kitty was with a boutique executive search firm where she focused on recruiting for the broader Industrial market.

Kitty earned a B.A. in Sociology from Duke University, where she was a Division I athlete competing on the Women’s Lacrosse team.
