Kristy Lindquist

Kristy Lindquist is a Partner at JM Search and Practice Leader for the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She brings more than a decade of executive search experience focused on healthcare innovation and growth. Kristy draws on 20+ years of experience as an international operator, having led businesses in pharma, consumer goods, and e-commerce. She brings deep expertise in leadership strategy, succession planning, and organizational development—partnering with CEOs and investors to build transformative leadership teams. 

Prior to JM Search, Kristy was the co-founder of Chasm Partners, where she helped build a boutique executive search firm serving venture- and private equity-backed companies across digital health, services, and life sciences. 

Kristy holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University, a Master’s in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado.
