Laura Bennstrom

Laura Bennstrom is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Technology Practices. She brings more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise-scale recruiting, executive search, and workforce strategy across financial services, technology, manufacturing, and telecommunications companies.

Laura has deep expertise in executive and senior leadership search, having personally led numerous VP- and C-suite-level searches throughout her career. She has held global executive leadership roles at U.S. Bank, Milliken & Company, Spectrum Enterprise, Time Warner Cable, Wells Fargo Advisors, Wells Fargo & Company, Janus Henderson Investors, and Level 3 Communications. She is known for building high-performing teams, leading complex M&A integrations, and implementing data-driven talent strategies that drive scale and enable growth.

Laura earned her B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley. She currently resides in Greenville, South Carolina with her husband and two cockapoos. An avid cyclist, Laura serves on a local nonprofit board promoting cycling advocacy in the state of Soth Carolina.
