Laurie Hartsfield

Laurie Hartsfield is an Executive Search Consultant at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice. She focuses on recruiting senior executives for high-growth technology companies nationwide. Laurie brings over 5 years of leadership and relationship management experience from the financial services industry and is incredibly passionate about matching top talent with high-impact organizations.

Prior to JM Search, Laurie started her career at Vanguard, one of the world’s largest investments firms, where she held a number of progressive roles in their Retail division. While at Vanguard, she led a leadership development program and was extremely involved in the recruiting, interviewing, and selection process of interns and future leaders. Before joining leadership, Laurie managed a $1.7B book of business comprised of high-net-worth investors and families. As a single point of contact for these investors, she successfully encouraged additional asset consolidation and brought many references into her book.

Laurie earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from Temple University. She lives in Eagleville, PA with her partner and their two pets. In her spare time, Laurie enjoys traveling, gardening, and working on home improvement projects.
