Mark Groark

Mark Groark is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice. He has deep experience recruiting senior leaders within the clean tech industry, working with venture capital and private equity-backed early-stage companies.​

Prior to JM Search, Mark worked on the talent team at a VC firm placing leadership across energy, manufacturing, smart spaces and supply chain.  Prior, Mark held progressively responsible roles at two global executive search firms, Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles. At Heidrick, he was a member of the global financial officer practice serving a client base of Fortune 500 and small to medium-sized public and private companies.​

Mark earned his B.A. from Rutgers University. He lives in South Jersey with his wife and three children. He enjoys Philadelphia sports and coaching his youngest son.
