Matthew Reilly

Matt is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. His commitment to partnering with clients and delivering quality, consistent results has led to successful client relationships across healthcare services, tech enabled services and digital health sectors.​

Before joining the JM Search team, Matt was with Korn Ferry, where he built out its mid-executive search function for healthcare services. Prior to Korn Ferry, he led the talent acquisition function for a large Blues Plan and worked for a leading preventative health organization providing health coaching services for executive clientele.​

A native of Texas, he now lives in Philadelphia with his wife and three boys. Outside the office he enjoys trail running and coaching his sons’ sports teams. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters from Fordham University.
