Megan Malloy

Megan Malloy is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Financial Officers Practice. She specializes in executive search engagements for early-stage and middle-market private-equity-backed companies and their portfolio businesses. She has worked across a range of industries, including specialty distribution, industrial manufacturing, building products, industrial services, and consumer products.

Since joining the firm in 2019, Megan has partnered with clients to identify and recruit financial leadership teams on a national scale.

Megan earned a B.A. in International Business and Management from Dickinson College. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and being outdoors.
