Michael Keating is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Packaging and Chemicals Practice. He specializes in executive search engagements for early-stage, middle-market, and high-growth private and public companies, as well as private equity-backed companies and their portfolio businesses.
Having joined JM Search as a Market Analyst in 2017, Michael has built a strong foundation of experience in research and candidate sourcing across various industrial sectors. He works diligently throughout the duration of the search process to analyze market trends of the industry, identify qualified candidates, and ultimately attract top talent for clients.
Michael received his B.A. in Economics from Lafayette College. He lives in Wyncote, PA with his wife and their dog. In his free time, Michael enjoys watching Philadelphia sports, playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
