Mike Forgash

Mike Forgash is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. He brings more than three decades of operational leadership and growth equity investing experience to his executive search work — a perspective that is rare in the industry and deeply valued by the clients he serves.​

A four-time sponsor-backed CEO and experienced investor and board member, Mike has spent his career assessing and building high-performing management teams, raising capital, and guiding companies through successful exits. That firsthand experience — spanning hands-on leadership, operating discipline, and investment acumen across growth and turnaround situations — is what he brings to every search engagement. He partners with private equity firms, boards, and CEOs to identify and recruit executives who can drive meaningful results, and he believes that aligned cultures and values are the foundation upon which lasting organizational success is built.​

Mike is a graduate of Duke University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Science. He is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and outside of work he is an avid golfer, voracious reader, and passionate traveler.
