Nick Lorenz

Nick Lorenz is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Industrial Technology Practice. He specializes in executive search engagements for early-stage, middle-market, and high-growth private and public industrial technology companies, as well as private equity-backed companies and their portfolio businesses. Nick has experience running the search life cycle across numerous business functions and industries. Nick’s passion is to support organizations in identifying and retaining top talent that exceeds expectations.

Since joining JM Search in 2019, Nick has had the opportunity to work across a multitude of functional areas within the industrial technology practice. He has carved out a search execution focus on C-Suite P&L leadership and senior operational positions. Prior to JM Search, Nick worked as a Financial Analyst for a buy-side equity firm where he focused on evaluating small-cap stocks in the industrial sector.

Nick received his B.A. from Elizabethtown College in Lancaster, PA. Outside of the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, playing golf, and following Philadelphia sports teams.
