Paige de La Chapelle

Paige de La Chapelle is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Services and Distribution Practice. She focuses on recruiting senior leaders for private equity-backed companies in the industrial, business services, and distribution sectors. Paige is deeply committed to elevating her clients’ capabilities by sourcing top-tier talent, ensuring sustainable growth, and preserving the core values and culture of each organization.

Paige began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she held roles in Debt Capital Markets and Sales & Trading. During this time, she also served on a 5-person internal strategy team reporting directly to the CEO. After receiving her MBA, Paige then joined Compass, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution from an early-stage startup to a public company and the largest real estate brokerage in the US. Her contributions included recruiting hundreds of agents, orchestrating brokerage acquisitions, launching the Title & Escrow ancillary business, and spearheading the National Leadership Recruiting Team.

Paige holds a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School. She enjoys playing tennis and golf, dining out, and traveling (50+ countries, 6 continents and counting!) Paige cherishes moments with her husband and daughter and finds fulfillment in giving back to her community, earning recognition for her philanthropic efforts with the President’s Volunteer Service Award.
