Paige de La Chapelle

Paige de La Chapelle is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Distribution and Services Practice. She works closely with private equity sponsors and management teams to recruit senior executives who can deliver growth and lead through change across the industrial, business services, and distribution sectors. Known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, Paige combines strong market insight with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics to help clients build leadership teams positioned for long-term success.

Paige began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Debt Capital Markets and Sales & Trading, later serving on a five-person internal strategy team reporting directly to the CEO. After earning her MBA, she joined Compass, where she played a key role in the company’s evolution from an early-stage startup to a public company and the largest real estate brokerage in the U.S. During her tenure, she oversaw large-scale agent recruitment and brokerage acquisitions, while also launching the firm’s Title & Escrow and National Leadership Recruiting functions.

Paige holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters and has been recognized with the President’s Volunteer Service Award for her community involvement.
