Paige Westhoff

Paige Westhoff is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She specializes in executive-level searches for private equity-backed technology and digital health companies. With over 20 years of retained executive search experience, Paige has led C-level and senior leadership searches across multiple functions, including CEO, CMO, CRO, and other key executive roles.

Prior to joining JM Search, Paige served as a Managing Director at Focus Search Partners, where she supported clients across the technology industry. Earlier in her career, she worked with leading global executive search firms, including Korn Ferry, Egon Zehnder, and WittKieffer, gaining deep experience across healthcare, technology, consumer, and not-for-profit industries. She began her career in professional services with Arthur Andersen in the Strategy, Finance & Economics group before moving with her team to Ernst & Young, where she was a Manager in the Health Science Advisory Services practice.

Paige earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. A Texas native, she lives in Dallas and is deeply involved in the community. She is currently serving as Co-Chair for the 2026 Cattle Baron’s Ball, benefiting the American Cancer Society, and has long supported the organization through fundraising and committee leadership. Paige has also served as Partners Card Chair and on the Partners Auxiliary Board for The Family Place; on the Board of Trustees for the Dallas Museum of Art and as Co-Chair for the Junior Associates; and as a Board Member for the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center and Equest. She is also a former member of the Junior League of Dallas.
