Paige Westhoff

Paige Westhoff is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She specializes in executive level searches for private equity-backed technology and digital health companies. She has over 18 years of retained executive search experience, executing C-level searches across multiple functions including CEO, CMO, CRO, and other executive leadership roles.

Prior to joining JM Search, Paige served as a Managing Director for Focus Search Partners, where she supported clients across the technology industry. Paige has also worked for top tier executive recruiting firms: Korn Ferry, Egon Zehnder, and Witt Kieffer. Her background includes industry focus in healthcare, technology, consumer, not-for-profit and higher education sectors. She began her career in professional services with Arthur Andersen in the Strategy, Finance & Economics group, later moving with her team to Ernst & Young, where she was a Manager in the Health Science Advisory Services practice.

Paige graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She is a Texas native and currently lives in Dallas. Paige is active in the community with several not-for-profit organizations. She currently helps raise funds for American Cancer Society as an active member of Cattle Baron’s Ball. She is also a former Partners Card Chairman and member of the Partners Auxiliary Board for the Family Place. Paige was on the Board of Trustees for the Dallas Museum of Art and served as co-chairman for the Junior Associates, Board Member for Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, and former member of the Junior League of Dallas.
