Renee Forcey

As a member of the JM Search Technology practice, Renee focuses on digital media, technology services, media and communications and financial services. Starting her career early in technology, Renee has a unique ability to relate to her clients and candidates. She has managed global technology product and program management and has raised revenue 10X in pre-IPO environments. She has scaled global organizations and start-ups and understands what defines success varies for every client and every leadership role.

Prior to joining JM Search, Renee was the Vice President of Global RPO Operations for Kenexa and part of the leadership team that brought a successful IPO (later selling to IBM for 1.3 billion). She has also consulted directly with some of the largest technology and media organizations in the world for both Executive Search and internal operations. She has been a contributing author to HRO Magazine, focusing on Women in Leadership, and continues to advocate for diversity.

Renee lives in Downingtown, PA, with her husband and two daughters. She is a volunteer LAX and Soccer coach for Lionville Youth Association and is actively involved in local charity events and causes. Aside from cooking and painting, Renee enjoys golf and photography.
