Robert Reitinger

Bob Reitinger is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. Bob has expertise in recruiting top level executives specifically in the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, supply chain industries, contract pharmaceutical services, and biotechnology sectors. Since joining JM Search, Bob has successfully placed multiple CEOs, CFOs, and VP/GM level executives in several types of businesses, ranging from private equity portfolio companies to Fortune 150 organizations.

Bob maintains a unique ability to understand the mindset of C-level executives, as well as small to middle-market entrepreneurs, from his 10 years of experience in wealth management and financial planning.

Prior to joining JM Search, Bob was a Partner/Senior Financial Planner at the Creative Financial Group, where he served in roles in management, which required recruiting, pre-selecting, and qualifying candidates to grow the firm, as well as senior advisory, where he dealt with many of the firm’s high net worth and executive level clients in all aspects of their personal financial plans and business tax planning strategies.

Bob earned a B.S in Physics/Engineering from Washington and Lee University, as well as a Chartered Financial Consultant Degree from the American College of Financial Services during his prior career. When not helping JM Search’s clients find the most successful candidates for their search needs, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, as well as playing golf, tennis, ice hockey, skiing, and coaching his children’s sports teams.
