Sanjay Sama

Sanjay Sama is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice, as well as Co-Leader of the Go-To-Market team. He specializes in executive search engagements for high-growth private and public technology companies. Sanjay has deep experience running the search life cycle across numerous business functions and industries, including Fintech, SaaS/Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Technology Managed Services. His passion is to support organizations in identifying and retaining top talent that exceeds expectations.

Prior to JM Search, Sanjay was with Kingsley Gate Partners, a retained executive search firm where he leveraged his deep industry experience in technology services to place senior executives in technology services firms. Before his successful transition to executive search, he spent over a decade leading go-to-market efforts for technology-enabled service providers, Capgemini, and Genpact. His prior roles included working closely with leading banks to implement their initial foray into Fintech.

Sanjay received his MBA from Virginia Tech, and his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Bombay. He is Six Sigma trained. Outside of the office, Sanjay enjoys playing racket sports, hiking, and attending as many live music concerts as possible. He lives an active social life on the Philadelphia Main Line with his wife and two kids.
