Sarah Conway

Sarah Conway is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Sarah focuses on executive placements across the C-suite, including Board, CEO, COO, CHRO, and CFO roles, and is passionate about leadership development, organizational culture, and helping companies identify and cultivate leaders who drive growth and long-term success. Her work spans the healthcare services landscape, partnering with private-equity-backed, venture-backed, nonprofit, and publicly traded organizations.

Before joining JM Search, Sarah spent over five years with Korn Ferry, where she led C-suite and senior executive searches across the healthcare continuum. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly 15 years with The Advisory Board Company, leading the employee and physician engagement survey business through its acquisition by Press Ganey.

Sarah earned a B.A. in Biology and Economics from the University of Virginia and resides in the Greater Washington, D.C. area.
