Seth Gillespie

Seth Gillespie serves as Chief Operating Officer for JM Search. He is responsible for leading our growth (Strategy, Marketing, Business Development) and operational (Finance, IT, and Search) efforts, as well as working to improve the maturity of the overall management operating systems and cadence. His experience in transformations and ability to drive change will be an integral part of our firm’s future.

Prior to JM Search, Seth was at SBI Growth Advisory, a management consultancy specializing in go-to-market strategy & execution. He worked with clients across the C-suite in a variety of industries to improve their commercial capabilities and prioritize growth opportunities, as well as with PE firms on due diligence and value creation. Prior to SBI, Seth held several commercial, strategy and operational roles with TE Connectivity, a $16B manufacturing company that operates globally across a dozen industries. The first half of his career included various transformational, consulting and technical roles.

Seth received his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and his undergraduate from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Downingtown, PA where he enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and friends and family. A typical summer weekend might include church, swimming, kid’s sports, a bottle of wine, and a fire pit.
