Taylor Carrigan

Taylor Carrigan is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Industrial Practice. He works closely with public and private boards to recruit CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leaders across industrial technology, energy, machinery, and discrete manufacturing. Taylor is known for his precise and consistent search delivery and his ability to effectively convey a client’s vision to inspire high-caliber candidates.

Prior to joining JM Search, Taylor specialized in industrial and manufacturing executive search at ON Partners, a private equity-focused retained search firm. During his five-year tenure, he placed more than 80 senior executives into C-suite, VP, and board-level roles. Earlier in his career, Taylor worked in public-sector contracting at AT&T, where he partnered with government organizations to design and deliver IoT and cybersecurity technology initiatives.

Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Arkansas. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with family, friends, and his Australian Shepherd.
