Troy Vincent

Troy Vincent is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Chemical & Process Industry Practice. He has dedicated most of his career to the chemical industry as an executive recruiter and human resources executive. He joined JM Search in 2017 to help the firm develop and grow its Chemicals and Process Industries Practice, which spans functions and industry segments including chemicals, specialty chemicals, agribusiness, pharmaceutical/biotech, petroleum, plastics, and materials.​

Troy joined JM Search from Korn Ferry where he was a Principal in their Chemicals Practice, as well as a member of the Human Resources Center of Expertise. Prior to Korn Ferry, Troy spent 25 years in increasingly responsible Human Resources positions with SABIC, W.R. Grace, Honeywell, and ICI.​

Troy has designed and built organizations, recruited and developed executive leadership teams, built succession and talent management plans, and assessed talent for more than 30 merger and acquisition deals. He has been quoted on talent management and acquisition in The Wall Street Journal, Chemical & Engineering News, and ICIS Chemical Business.​

Troy is married with three children and lives in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. He enjoys time with his family and friends, sports, and weekends at the beach when he is away from the office. Troy earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Board of Directors for University of Pennsylvania Soccer and is the Mentor Committee Chair. He is also a member of the Alumni Secondary School Committee for the University of Pennsylvania.
