Tucker Twitmyer

Tucker Twitmyer is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Industrial Practice. Tucker recruits CEOs and C-suite leaders for private equity and family-backed companies in the energy, manufacturing, industrial, and infrastructure industries. As  a former private equity general partner and serial P&L owner, he provides his clients with an “extreme ownership” approach to hiring outcomes.

Before joining JM Search, Tucker was the President of a sponsor-backed rollup in discrete manufacturing and field services, Founder of an industrial holding company, and a Founder and Managing Director of a private equity-focused operating partner services firm. Tucker’s investing career included ten years as a general partner leading investments in energy, manufacturing, industrial services, and infrastructure.

A former Co-President of the Wharton Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, Tucker earned an MBA in Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He devotes his free time to his family, Scouts USA, church, neighborhood involvement, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, and golf.
