Tucker Twitmyer

Tucker Twitmyer is a Principal in JM Search’s Industrial Practice. Tucker focuses on recruiting CEOs, Investment Professionals, Presidents, COOs, and CSOs for private equity, family, and sponsor-backed companies in the manufacturing, industrial, and infrastructure industries. Tucker’s background, as a private equity general partner with several successful exits as a P&L leader, provides him with a thorough understanding of how to run a highly efficient search process and deliver great talent.

Before joining JM Search, Tucker was the P&L owner of a sponsor-backed rollup in discrete manufacturing and field services, an industrial holding company, and an interim management services firm. Tucker’s investing career included ten years as a general partner leading investments in manufacturing, industrial services, and infrastructure.

A former Co-President of the Wharton Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, Tucker graduated with an MBA in Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He devotes his free time to his family, Scouts USA, church, neighborhood, Ben Franklin Technology Partners, and golf.
